Job Purpose

This role will act as the global enabler for recruitment marketing performance and adoption, ensuring TA hubs and RMI teams maximise value from the new ecosystem. By combining analytics with adoption, this role will build global standards, drive capability, and translate insights into action -- ultimately delivering measurable impact on candidate experience, cost efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
