About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Global Recruiters who can lead the end-to-end hiring process for niche talent pools. The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to hiring multilingual professionals, language experts, and STEM specialists across global markets.

This role requires strong

sourcing expertise, international hiring exposure, and the ability to partner with business leaders to deliver the best talent in a competitive global market.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for language and multilingual specialists as well as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) positions.

Source candidates using multiple channels (

LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, etc.).

Screen and assess candidates for

language proficiency, technical ability, and cultural fit.

Work with global stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and talent availability.

Requirements:

2-4 years of recruitment experience

with a focus on global hiring.

Proven track record of successfully hiring language/multilingual experts and STEM candidates.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques for niche profiles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hiring environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
