Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, IT specialists, researchers, engineers, and other STEM positions.
Source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates through
LinkedIn Recruiter
, Boolean search, niche STEM job boards, and professional networks.
Build
talent pipelines
for critical and hard-to-fill global roles, using data to anticipate future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria tailored to STEM roles.
Drive a
global recruitment strategy
, understanding regional hiring laws, cultural differences, and time zones.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Track recruiting metrics and provide
data-driven insights
to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Promote diversity hiring and inclusive sourcing strategies across all regions.
Coordinate with external agencies, universities, and partners for niche STEM hiring needs.
