Key Responsibilities:
Partner with global business leaders and HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs across multiple regions.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from global markets.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on international hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and local labor market conditions.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent platforms across geographies as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives globally to position the company as an employer of choice.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with international and local employment laws and data privacy regulations.
