We are seeking a dynamic Global Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and hiring talent across diverse geographies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- from requisition to offer acceptance -- across international markets.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand global workforce needs.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes in collaboration with HR and business teams.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies across regions.
Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for global hiring activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of recruitment experience, including international or multi-region hiring.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across time zones.
Strong sourcing and networking skills; proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of global recruitment trends and local compliance standards.
