Grandeur Homes Real Estate is a Dubai-based company that helps people buy, sell, and invest in luxury properties. We focus on giving great service, expert advice, and honest support to clients from around the world. As our business grows, we're building a strong remote team in India to help us manage listings, leads, and communication. We're looking for motivated people who want to grow with us.

This role reports directly to the CEO and performance is coordinated via HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:



Analyze performance of listings on Dubai platforms, suggest improvements Advise and execute social media strategy on behalf of the CEO (video editing, trending content, engagement, blog management, etc.) Conduct outreach across WhatsApp, social, email and calls for international leads Goal is to achieve minimum 5 qualified international leads per day Deliver weekly reports on outreach metrics

Requirements:



3-5 years in business development or lead generation in real estate or digital marketing Skilled in video editing, social media content ideation, community engagement Strong English communication skills and ability to target international audiences Self
driven, goal oriented, comfortable with meeting daily targets and reporting Candidates with UAE or Dubai real estate experience optional but strongly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
