The position
As a Global Project Manager, you will lead and maximize commercial customer engagements at global congresses through both physical presence, digital presence and future hybrid formats. You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of global congresses.
• Utilize both personal and non-personal engagement channels to maximize customer engagement.
• Manage internal communications for assigned congresses in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Optimize multichannel customer engagement and efficiency for specific congresses.
• Build and maintain relationships with congress organizers and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Report on congress performance across all platforms.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in a relevant area.
• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience.
• Strong expertise in digital and brand management, as well as multiple channel engagement.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and produce content to meet these preferences.

About the department
The Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial GBS, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial GBS unit also supports for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
