Strategic Sourcing & Procurement



Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Identify, evaluate, and qualify global suppliers to meet organizational needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.

Vendor Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Address and resolve supplier-related issues or disputes.

Cost Management



Analyze market trends and pricing to reduce procurement costs. Drive cost-saving initiatives across procurement categories. Monitor global commodity prices and assess impact on procurement strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, logistics, legal) to align procurement strategies with business goals. Support new product development by ensuring timely availability of materials.

Risk Management & Compliance



Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., geopolitical issues, supplier insolvency, logistics disruptions). Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, company policies, and ethical sourcing practices. Monitor and manage procurement compliance and audits.

Process Improvement & Technology



Implement procurement best practices and continuous process improvements. Leverage procurement technologies (e.g., ERP, e-procurement tools) for efficiency and visibility. Track procurement KPIs and generate reports for senior leadership.

Budgeting & Reporting



Prepare and manage procurement budgets. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on spend, savings, and supplier performance.
