Role Summary:

What your day-to-day will look like:



Inventory Record to Report (R2R) process flows across segments, regions, and countries to develop a holistic understanding of the current landscape

Collaborate with global Finance and business stakeholders to conduct full end-to-end process assessments and identify best practices, inconsistencies, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Conduct a thorough review of the R2R technology ecosystem to assess the effectiveness of our current tools and how capabilities are being utilized

Establish clearly defined governance processes to ensure the requisite controls are in place and are consistently driving the expected outcomes

Ensure all SOP's, training, process maps, and security controls are reviewed and updated on a regular basis

Work with JLLT, JBS, and the Global Finance Process Lead to clearly define the roles/responsibilities of each group with respect to BAU process management

Liaise with JBS & the FinOps team to manage day-to-day execution of the process

Collaborate with JLLT and the Global Finance Process Lead to prioritize change workstreams and allocate capital and resources to those areas that will be most impactful for JLL

Oversee JLLT's implementation of key systems enhancements

Manage dependencies across various change initiatives that directly or indirectly impact R2R

Partner with the Finance data team to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the R2R process and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Serve as strategic point person for the business/Finance to initiate R2R process and technology change requests



Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:



Proven experience in process optimization and change management

Strong managerial capabilities with track record of delivering desired outcomes

Team-orientation and ability to work in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders is critical

Understanding of JLL systems and existing processes is a plus

At least 10 years of relevant professional experience

Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
