As a Global Performance Audit Services Analyst, your primary goal is to help ensure compliance with established operating procedures by examining processes, operating practices, documentation, and reports. In this role, you will work directly with business stakeholders to develop business process architectures and document operating procedure standards. You will then perform audits and report on adherence or variances against those standards specific to each department. The areas of focus include standard operating procedures, documentation practices, training, measurement, and audits.

Responsibilities (Duties):



Develop and maintain a business process architecture as a framework for audit services and quality management in general. Help design, implement, and maintain audit procedures Audit standard operating policies and procedures, documentation practices, training protocols, measurement systems, and audit routines by comparing standards with actual performance. Communicate audit findings by preparing audit reports documenting adherence and variances to the standards. Discuss audit findings with department leaders and auditees, agree on next steps required to close variances to standard, and follow up on execution Prepare special audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends. Build working relationships with the different department SMEs and leaders through collaboration to build the business process architecture, document the standards, perform the audits, discuss findings, and establish steps required to close variances. Identify opportunities for improvements related to existing standards. Identify risk and validate Operational audit results through the Audit the Auditor program. Performs special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned, inclusive of department expectations.

Qualifications:



Maturity and Adherence Audit experience preferred Understanding and experience with building and maintaining Business Process Architecture Working knowledge of standard operating procedures, documentation practices, training protocols, measurement systems, and audit routines Understanding of background check processes Strong data analysis skills Attention to detail Proficient verbal, written, and presentation skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio Ability to drive own performance including setting priorities, goals, and schedules, and tracking progress Robust influencing and interpersonal skills including ability to interact with all levels of the organization
