Qualifications:

• Payroll Professional with 3+ years of multi-national experience in a global corporate environment.
• Strong expertise in payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictions and its impact on financial and statutory reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations with excellent time management, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll data.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, skilled in conflict resolution, and dedicated to achieving successful outcomes.
• Experienced in fostering collaboration and customer service within team-oriented settings, while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
