Job Profile: Global Marketing Executive*

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Global Marketing Executive to elevate our brand as a premium OEM and private-label partner in key global markets. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with international audiences, utilizing digital platforms to drive engagement and brand recognition. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing and B2B branding, with a proven track record of success in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market penetration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

- Lead digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn marketing, to drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Create compelling industrial storytelling and high-quality content tailored to long-cycle B2B engagements.

3. Brand Management:

- Position the company as a premium OEM and private-label partner through strategic branding initiatives.

- Manage leadership profiles and enhance executive visibility in key markets.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Design and execute effective email sequences and CRM follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions.

- Develop impactful pitch materials to support sales efforts and client engagements.

5. Exhibition & Trade Show Marketing:

- Plan and oversee marketing activities for trade shows and exhibitions to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.

- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive representation at events.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with international category heads and procurement teams to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Provide insights and feedback to senior management on market trends and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and international B2B branding.

- Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and long-cycle B2B engagement.

- Experience in export-driven manufacturing, OEM/private-label industries, and trade-show marketing is highly preferred.

- Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

- Strong creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.

- Maturity and professionalism to engage effectively with international stakeholders.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Adaptable to changing market conditions and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
