This is an execution-first role reporting to the VP - Global Strategy & Marketing. You will coordinate and execute global marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on automation, performance reporting, and digital campaign optimization. The ideal candidate brings a modern marketing mindset -- someone who knows how to use AI, CRM automation, and analytics tools to scale demand generation and improve marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, social, content, webinars) to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with internal and partner marketing teams to co-create high-impact marketing materials (case studies, videos, newsletters, etc.).
Localize and distribute global marketing collateral across regions, ensuring co branding compliance.
CRM, Automation & AI Integration
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, monday AI, or Zapier-based automation) to streamline CRM data entry, enrichment, and lead scoring.
Optimize workflows by connecting campaign tools (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Google Analytics, monday.com CRM) for unified performance tracking.
Implement AI-powered profiling to segment audiences and personalize outreach for better conversion rates.
Digital Marketing & Reporting
Manage and schedule content across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, partner networks).
Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, MQL-SQL conversion, and engagement metrics.
Continuously improve campaigns using insights from A/B testing and trend analysis in SaaS/B2B industries.
Support SEO, AEO, and ASO efforts to enhance organic discoverability.
Partner & Agency Collaboration
Support MDF applications and co-marketing execution with monday.com and regional partners.
Coordinate with external agencies for design, paid media, or demand generation initiatives.
Maintain relationships with marketing technology vendors and industry peers to stay current on B2B SaaS trends.
Events & Operations
Manage logistics for webinars, product demos, and industry events.
Track budgets, invoices, and report on marketing ROI.
Maintain dashboards and automate weekly marketing reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
3-5 years in marketing coordination, automation, or digital campaign execution within B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, monday sales CRM, Salesforce, Marketo).
Strong working knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation and data profiling.
Familiarity with monday.com or other Work OS/project management platforms is a strong plus.
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM/AEO/ASO, and digital analytics platforms.
Prior experience working with demand generation agencies or partner ecosystems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
