Person in this role will be responsible for monitoring topline revenue performance, perform performance analysis, and overseeing the development and deployment of property performance improvement plans, when required. You will manage staffing to accommodate all contracted needs and oversee team onboarding and ramp up. Work on projects that would benefit many/all clients, as assigned. Build relationships with various Hotel teams, management companies, ownership groups, and Brands, as necessary. Responsibilities: Manage the Centralized Revenue Management Services Team either for one client or multiple, in their efforts to reach Market Share and Revenue goals for each Revenue Manager on the team. Direct the Portfolio Revenue Managers in identifying hotels to focus on efforts for improved revenue and market share opportunities. Approve strategy documents and presentation decks for the Portfolio Revenue Managers prior to their strategy meetings, ensuring that they\'re prepared and presenting proper information. Oversee the property onboarding process, as properties are added into the Revenue Management Services portfolio. Mentoring/Developing : Hold regular 1:1 meetings with all direct reports, providing feedback and mentoring to improve performance and develop technical, analytical and strategic skills. Listen to managers strategy calls and provide feedback to improve their delivery of information. Foster relationships with the Portfolio Revenue Managed hotels through an annual satisfaction survey. Oversee the training and onboarding program of new hires, ensuring have the required revenue management domain expertise and are client ready. ZS Initiatives : Design and execute initiatives designed to improve topline revenue and market share for the portfolio of hotels. Provide appropriate tactical and strategic support to hotels or groups of hotels as identified by client. Participate in special projects as directed by ZS leadership. Administrative : Track and report on performance of team, initiatives. Ensure consistency of delivery for all items included in scope of services. Evaluate processes and procedures, to identify areas for productivity improvement. Qualifications: 3-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, 10+ years of relevant work experience in revenue manageement function of large hotels, min. 3 year of leadership experience in managing revenue portfolio. Experience with commercial Revenue Management Systems and Central Reservation systems, with significant experience in analysis & development of strategy. Ability to analyze system and market data, gather facts and establish core issues or root causes. Ability to make data-driven decisions, identify patterns, and draw conclusions that lead to tangible business outcomes. Oversee the development and deployment of property performance improvement plans when required. Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate, sell, persuade, and influence professionals such as Revenue Managers, Directors of Sales, General Managers, Client Teams etc. Requires ability to develop and deliver effective presentations. Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm. Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way. Manage time well, effectively prioritizing tasks. Strong leadership skills, ability to develop and motivate a team.
