What You'll Do
As the Global Learning & Development Operations Manager, you will support and lead the successful execution of virtual and hybrid learning events across our BCG learning curriculum. Your role will be essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery while maintaining efficiency and alignment with business goals and outcomes.
You will oversee learner operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance the overall learning experience. By driving continuous improvement, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation within the Learning & Development function.
