In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead defined service lines in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. Each day, you will be responsible to design, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by managing multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimizing the cost.

The Service Owner for Fundamental Infrastructure & Automation acts as the key tactical liaison to the business and holds full end-to-end accountability for the delivery of ABB's Active Directory & IPAM services, along with other technical services such as patching and the automation platform (RedHat Ansible).

This role is responsible for defining the service roadmap in alignment with the overall vision and business needs, with a strong focus on advancing the automation platform and establishing an automation community within ABB. o Is End-to-End responsible for building and delivering specific IS solutions/services according to business needs o Maintains a view of upcoming demand within the services in scope and, for the global demand managed by the departments, provides that to the Global IS Domain Owner
Ensures service launch activities, including completion of all required deliverables for production readiness o In concert with all relevant stakeholders ensures satisfaction with IS services understanding their strategic and tactical needs, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of the relevant IS services; all within the scope of responsibility
Collaborates with all relevant IS departments and other key stakeholders to create integrated, business process-oriented SLAs
Is responsible to supports all internal IS and cross-functional processes related to IS service delivery or IS service demand in the relevant service area of responsibility
Is responsible to develop the service delivery strategy and service delivery plan for assigned service(s) in collaboration with the Global IS Domain Owner
