Who We Are
Our HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) spans across three global hubs--India, Costa Rica, and Portugal--delivering centralized and efficient support for HR processes worldwide. Within this, the Collaboration & Excellence (C&E) team focuses on driving operational quality, consistency, and data-driven insights through structured quality assurance, documentation of standards, and reporting capabilities.
The Collaboration & Excellence (C&E) team will focus on creating scalable frameworks, optimizing operations, and contributing to continuous improvement--delivering measurable impact across the global HRSSC delivery model.
What You'll Do
You will be a core member of the Collaboration & Excellence Team in the Global HRSSC, supporting quality, documentation, and reporting workstreams. Your work will enable efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in global HR operations through structured process documentation, audit reviews, and actionable dashboards. You will collaborate across teams, geographies, and time zones to deliver high-impact support.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs), ensuring clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of HRSSC processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. Document findings, escalate issues, and support implementation of corrective actions.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
Collect, analyze, and visualize HRSSC data to create actionable reports and dashboards.
Support development of both standard and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Assist in root cause analysis of trends, anomalies, and performance issues based on KPIs and SLAs.

What You'll Bring
A graduation degree.
~3+ years of experience in shared services, or process reviews/documentation/reporting roles.
Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow & Workday (preferred) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a matrixed setup.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
