The Global Head of People Operations and Reward will oversee all global people operations, compensation, and benefits. The role is pivotal in shaping an exceptional employee experience while driving efficiency and scalability in a rapidly growing, evolving organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a seamless end-to-end HR operational service across India, Europe, the US, and APAC.
Manage the end to end payroll management.
Design innovative HR, compensation, and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage talent.
Lead and develop the HR Operations team.
Lead the global compensation strategy: pay, bonuses, equity, and benefits.
Drive data-based HR decision-making using metrics and insights.
Oversee HR systems for data security, efficiency, and user experience.
Partner with the Company Secretary on governance, gender pay reporting, and equal pay compliance.
Serve as an active member of the People Leadership Team.
Candidate Requirement:
15+ years of experience in leading the HR Operations (End to end Payroll Management) and the Compensation portfolio
International exposure, particularly in APAC.
Deep expertise in HR operations, systems, reward, and benefits.
Data-driven, analytical, and execution-focused mindset.
Collaborative style with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
