The below job posting is for \'Bosch Software & Digital Solutions\' Business Unit, an external facing BU of Bosch in the area of Engineering, IT and Digital solutions. This unit has global presence and is headquartered in Bangalore (under the legal entity of Bosch Global Software Technologies, BGSW) Define the Alliance charter for named Strategic alliances, build global business Plan, GTM strategy and drive key GTM initiatives working with regional teams in markets where SDS has a book of business. Strengthen & grow the global relationship with a Strategic alliance partner of SDS driving incremental revenue growth in category of \'Sell-With\' and \'Sell-Through\' with alliances Propose and incubate new partnership in line with organization\'s strategy Develop the joint GTM strategy and execute on Joint business plans in conjunction with Strategic partners Ensuring executive mapping with joint governance with the Strategic partners Drive co-innovation & joint product development with alliance partners Increasing BoschSDS visibility in partner ecosystems- competencies, references, events, conferences, social media Improve partner score for BoschSDS with major partners pushing SDS to higher tiers of partnership in progressive manner Qualifications Below describes the skills and experience required for this position: Key understanding of positioning digital and IT offerings with hyperscalers and other partners Self-starter with quick learning ability and efficient relationship building skills Ability to influence stakeholders across domain & functions - Sales, Portfolio managers and PDMs Ability to lead resources in other regions and work in a matrix org Proven experience of taking up topline & bottomline targets, driving ARR business Willingness to travel internationally and domestically based on business need.
