Currently, we are following remote working model and the successful candidate will be required to have high speed internet connectivity with back up for seamless working operations.What\xe2\x80\x99s the Role?This position reports to the Finance vertical head and the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the finance and accounting verticals of the firm. In this capacity, the Analyst/Senior Analyst will work closely with the Head of Operations and senior leadership team to evaluate and execute key financial and strategic initiatives and functions for the business and interact directly with clients, employees, and vendors globally.\xef\xbb\xbfKey Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in the accounting software.\xc2\xb7 Execute the Global Payroll and process monthly payroll journal entries\xc2\xb7 Update accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations\xc2\xb7 Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies\xc2\xb7 Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to government stipulated legal and company accounting and financial guidelines\xc2\xb7 Performing daily/monthly/quarterly company compliance which includes making remittances.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.\xc2\xb7 Tracking and closing GST, TDS, PF related activities and deliverables towards applicable company compliances by the government\xc2\xb7 Optimize management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning\xc2\xb7 Liaise with employees, clients, and vendors on critical operational and finance matters globally.\xc2\xb7 Researching and performing due diligence on show cause notices and assisting the team on compliance requirements.\xc2\xb7 Track and report on key metrics to provide feedback on financial and operational efficacy of business decisions; ensure both the timeliness and accuracy of such reporting\xc2\xb7 Timely escalations and proactive approach towards sensitive matters.Mandatory Skills\xc2\xb7 Proactive, self-starter who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\xc2\xb7 Progressive experience and expertise in Core Accounting and (FP&A) is a plus\xc2\xb7 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in core finance and accounting practice.\xc2\xb7 Analytical, strategic, and innovative thinking capabilities\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to distil critical information from complex data and communicate effectively with senior leadership\xc2\xb7 Track record of success working independently with limited structure in dynamic work environment; works well under pressure, managing to tight deadlines\xc2\xb7 Practical and results-oriented; displays excellent business acumen and an ownership mentality\xc2\xb7 Flexible and adaptable to work times in global time zones as work demands; able to learn new skills and master changing responsibilities quickly\xc2\xb7 Having working experience with Quick Books will be preferred.
