Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end export operations. The role involves coordinating international shipments, handling export documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless export solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate export sales orders and deliveries to ensure timely shipment Maintain accurate records of export transactions, invoices, and pricing Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and international customers Ensure compliance with export laws, trade regulations, and company policies Prepare and manage export documentation including shipping documents, customs declarations, and certificates of origin Collaborate with the sales team to support export sales strategies Analyze global market trends and identify new export opportunities using online portals Assist with export sales forecasting and performance goal setting Coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure successful execution of export transactions Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and international business events

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in export coordination or international trade operations Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and export-related online platforms
