The Global End User Engagement Manager, Technology will drive awareness and adoption of global end user impacting Technology services and tools, through effective, planned, aligned, communications for Sandoz associates.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop end-user engagement strategies, plans, and messaging and align to overall Technology Communications and Engagement strategies, plans and messaging.
  • Drive the end-to-end standardization of Technology end-user engagement via education, relationship building and the development of tools, templates and guidance for tool owners.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate high-impact, end-user orientated materials and toolkits that clearly communicate the value and benefit of Technology tools and services, which result in a positive impact of customer satisfaction with Technology end user services.
  • Ensure Technology end-user services messaging and engagement plans are aligned with the overall end user experience, Technology Communications strategy and Sandoz Global Communications strategies, messaging, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders at project and senior levels with a potential engagement impact of all Sandoz associates; Partner closely with Technology change leads and regional leads to identify new engagement opportunities / needs; Build network with stakeholders and contribute to positioning Technology as an engagement center of excellence.
  • Identify and implement further ways to simplify, standardize and drive efficient communications activities, channels, and messaging around Technology end user services; look for new and innovative ways to package and deliver information to associates, in a way that is most relevant and accessible for them.
  • Liaise with the Sandoz Communications network to ensure the successful delivery of awareness and adoption engagement materials; Raise awareness and increase adoption and usage of Technology end user tools and services.
  • Contribute to a high performing team, with excellent quality standards and a collaborative attitude to achieve business objectives.
Minimum requirements

What you will bring to the role:
  • University degree in relevant area (Internal Communications, Marketing); Fluent English written and spoken essential; German desirable.
  • 7+ years in marketing / internal communication/ service communications or other relevant area; Proficient in creating in-house creative materials for engagement campaigns.
  • Track record of communicating IT services and working in an IT/tech environment, and ability to network and communicate with service owners and leadership teams at Global, Regional and country levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations, and ability to persuade / influence organization of recommended path.
  • Ability to \xe2\x80\x9ctranslate\xe2\x80\x9d technical language into compelling engagement tactics to drive behavioral changes within non-technical audiences
  • Experience successfully navigating a matrix organization to manage without authority; and ability to balance resource demands from multiple internal customers.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects, to be accountable for individual & team results and drive change across functions
