Global Customer Support Executive
, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service through inbound calls and chat interactions. Your role will involve understanding client needs, collecting critical case information, and ensuring a seamless experience while adhering to company and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and chats from clients courteously and professionally
Conduct detailed intake interviews to collect client and case information, including personal details and relevant documentation
Accurately record all data into the firm's case management system
Ask clear, targeted questions to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
Assess case eligibility based on company criteria and forward qualified leads to legal teams
Maintain working knowledge of various case types (e.g., personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice)
Manage sensitive and emotionally charged conversations with empathy and discretion
Follow established scripts and legal intake procedures to ensure compliance
Provide accurate information about the firm's services without offering legal advice
Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, accuracy, and quality assurance
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
in an
international voice process
(mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to manage high-volume calls with professionalism and empathy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Prior experience in
customer service, legal intake, or call center operations
preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
