Position Summary:

We are looking for

International Customer Service Executives

for

voice and non-voice processes

. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communication with international customers, providing solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions via calls, chat, and email for international clients. Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining professional communication. Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records. Meet defined performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer experience. Work collaboratively in a result-driven and team-oriented setup.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.

Experience:

Open to

freshers

and

experienced

candidates.

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication (verbal & written). Active listening, problem-solving, and customer empathy. Adaptable to rotational shifts and a fast-paced international process.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary:

?27,000 - ?36,000/month (based on performance and experience).

Relocation Bonus:
