to lead the development and execution of email marketing initiatives and nurture journeys. This role is essential in driving engagement, improving conversion rates, and supporting lead generation through targeted, personalized, and automated campaigns, primarily using
Pardot
(Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that all email and automation efforts align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Campaign Development:
Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention goals. Design responsive email templates that align with brand standards and drive user action.
Marketing Automation (Pardot):
Own the development and execution of automated nurture journeys using Pardot. Build and manage workflows, engagement programs, and dynamic lists that guide leads through the funnel and support sales enablement. Continuously optimize automation flows based on data insights and behavioral triggers.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement scores. Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to continuously improve email effectiveness. Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align email content and automation strategies with broader business objectives. Ensure campaigns are timed and targeted in coordination with webinars, events, and launches/ new releases.
Content Support:
Develop email copy and assist with content creation for automated journeys, newsletters, and campaign assets. Ensure all messaging is clear, on-brand, and aligned with voice and tone guidelines.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with
Pardot
(or a comparable automation platform like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
Proven ability to analyze data and optimize based on performance metrics.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a strong plus.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus but not required.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
