Key Responsibilities



Manage inbound and referred client leads Communicate with international clients to understand their travel, transport, or lifestyle needs Recommend personalized service packages (chauffeur plans, VIP travel) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery Maintain and grow relationships through proactive follow-up and client care Identify opportunities for service upgrades and long-term retention

What We're Looking For



1-4 years of experience in customer relations, hospitality, luxury services, or business development Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Bonus: Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, or another regional language Confidence in engaging with affluent clients and VIPs High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work remotely with accountability
