Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated

Global Call Executive

to handle international customer interactions and support our global outreach efforts. In this role, you will communicate with clients and prospects across various countries, ensuring high-quality service, promoting our offerings, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to international clients. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or support issues. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales or support teams. Resolve customers/clients queries efficiently. Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across regions. Stay updated with product knowledge and international market trends.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Fresher or experience in a telecalling, international BPO, or customer service role are acceptable. Basic knowledge of CRM tools. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer concerns with patience and diplomacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in international sales or customer support is highly desirable. Knowledge of global customer behavior and multicultural communication best practices.
