Position Overview
The Global Branding Manager at Infinite Uptime will own and drive the company's global brand narrative, positioning Infinite Uptime as the premier name in industrial IoT and process/energy optimization. This leader will develop and execute a cohesive, innovation-driven brand strategy across international markets, ensuring unified messaging, superior brand equity, and outstanding global presence. The role demands both strategic vision and operational execution, supporting Infinite Uptime's ongoing expansion of categories and geographies globally.
Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Strategy
Lead the evolution, articulation, and implementation of Infinite Uptime's brand vision and narrative worldwide, ensuring distinct positioning in the industrial technology and manufacturing intelligence domains.
Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive brand guidelines, adapting centrally driven strategies for effective execution in regional markets.
Oversee the integration of Covacsis Technologies' branding/assets to present a unified value proposition to all industrial markets.
Brand Campaigns & Communications
Design and execute high-impact, cross-border brand campaigns--leveraging digital, PR, trade events, and content marketing to build category leadership and executive awareness.
Collaborate with global marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent and differentiated brand messaging in all customer and market-facing interactions.
Support GTM for new technology launches and international expansion initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Brand Performance
Oversee competitive research, market trends, and customer insights to continually refine Infinite Uptime's positioning in industry benchmarks and analyst reports.
Establish and manage brand performance KPIs (brand equity metrics, market share, global reach, campaign ROI); analyze reports and present actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership
Lead multi-disciplinary teams internally and manage agency/partner relationships across regions to deliver brand excellence.
Advocate brand stewardship across Infinite Uptime, ensuring high standards of representation at every touchpoint post-acquisition.
Brand Governance & Protection
Safeguard Infinite Uptime's brand reputation, managing issues and brand risks proactively across all geographies.
Ensure regulatory and cultural compliance in all branding initiatives.
What You Bring
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years' experience in brand management/marketing, with substantial work in industrial, technology, SaaS, manufacturing, IoT, or AI sectors.
Proven success in building or repositioning global B2B technology or industrial brands.
Strong analytical skills, with a track record of measurable brand-building outcomes.
Outstanding cross-cultural leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Expertise in developing digital, integrated campaigns and managing global agency relationships.
Agility, creativity, and the drive to thrive in a high-growth, innovation-led environment.
Preferred Additions
Experience in branding for industrial IoT, process automation, energy efficiency, or manufacturing technology firms.
