Role Summary

As a

Customer Support Executive

, you'll interact with

international customers

through

voice, chat, or email

, ensuring quick, accurate, and professional solutions.

You'll represent top international brands, gain global exposure, and develop skills that fast-track your

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats for international clients.
Deliver accurate solutions while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Update and manage customer records through CRM software.
Meet performance benchmarks related to quality and productivity.
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Education:

10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (Any Field)

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Required Skills:

Excellent command over

spoken & written English

Confidence in handling international customers Good problem-solving and listening abilities Comfortable with

rotational shifts

(including night shifts)

Relocation:

Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (Relocation support provided)

Salary Range: ₹27,500 - ?36,000 per month
