Role Overview

As a

Customer Support Executive (International Process)

, you will handle

voice and non-voice interactions

with international customers, helping them with queries, account support, and issue resolution.

You'll represent international brands, improve customer experience, and learn professional skills that open doors to

MNC and global career paths.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls, chat, and email support for international clients.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries.
Maintain customer records and process data in CRM tools.
Achieve performance metrics related to quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with teams for seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

10+2, Diploma, Graduate (any field).

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

Skills Required:

Excellent

spoken & written English communication

. Good listening, comprehension, and empathy skills. Comfortable working in

night shift.

Must be willing to

relocate to Jaipur

(Relocation bonus available).
Salary & Perks

Salary: ₹27,500 - ?36,000 per month (based on experience & process).
