We are currently seeking a 'Global Audit Assistant' for India. This position will report Director - Finance Global Operations and will be based at Mumbai . Purpose of this Position: This position is required to perform Audit of expenses claimed through Concur portal by associates across all countries. This position will co-ordinate with Finance team in each country to consolidate and compile local travel policy to audit the claims by the associates of respective country. This position will be responsible to carefully clear the expense which are as per policy and will hold and return the claims which are not as per policy. Primary Responsibilities: Understanding the Travel policy of each country and consolidating them in central pool. Take reports from Concur and verify them as per the policy of respective country. Approve and reject expense claims after audit Prepare monthly analysis report of claims by country and rejection rate Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, preferred in international set up Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and their applicability in different types of transactions. Good hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and power point Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, Indian Companies Act Ability to think creatively and self-motivated Good knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, SAP Good communication skills, both oral and written to interact with all levels of people. Very High in integrity and compliance. Education - Bachelor in Commerce from reputed university in India.
