IT Asset Management Administrator Duties & Responsibilities: Perform IT asset administration and procurement related to Kaseya\'s hardware, software, and service contracts. Administers systems from tracking IT asset life cycles, managing inventory, and maintaining information on software licenses and SLAs. Administers systems for tracking IT asset lifecycles and usage, managing inventory, and maintaining information on software licenses and service level agreements. Ensures compliance with purchasing procedures and standards. Tracks equipment throughout product/contract lifetimes. Source, estimate/quote new equipment (RFIs, RFPs, etc.), procure, and track new purchase requests. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, removal/decommission of devices. Desired Skills & Technology Experience: Comfortable with communicating over the phone, through email, and in person. Ability to identify and prioritize activities. Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside of the IT organization. Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented, can work independently, and set priorities. Demonstrate professional maturity and an ability to communicate with others clearly and effectively. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of asset management principles.
