: Admission Counselor (Global Student & Parent Management)

We are seeking a highly presentable, confident, and dynamic Admission Counselor for our global online school catering to students and parents worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle admissions inquiries from international parents and students across various time zones.
? Conduct virtual counseling sessions to guide parents through the admission process.
? Maintain clear, accurate, and professional communication via calls, emails, and video meetings.
? Assist parents with understanding the curriculum, fee structure, and enrollment procedure.
? Follow up diligently with prospective parents and convert leads to enrollments.
? Maintain records and reports of counseling activities and lead conversions.
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
? Be presentable and represent the organization with utmost professionalism.

Requirements:

? Female candidates preferred; highly presentable males with strong expertise will also be considered.
? Age: Below 30 years, unmarried candidates preferred.
? Must possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
? Global exposure or ability to comfortably communicate with international parents.
? Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
?Should be confident, outgoing, and have a pleasing personality.
?Must be open to work 6 days a week from the office.
?Prior experience in EdTech, online schooling, or global counseling will be an added advantage.
