Job Summary:

We are seeking a

qualified and passionate Faculty for Global Accounting

with at least

1 year of experience

in teaching or accounting practice. The ideal candidate should be proficient in

SAP

,

Tally

, and

International Accounting Standards (IFRS)

, with strong communication and presentation skills. The role also involves

developing course content and syllabus modules

to ensure an up-to-date and industry-aligned curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive sessions on

Global Accounting

,

SAP

, and

Tally ERP

.

Create and develop syllabus modules

, course outlines, and study materials aligned with industry standards. Train students on international accounting frameworks such as

IFRS

and

US GAAP

. Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and case studies to enhance student understanding. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and projects. Continuously update learning materials based on changes in accounting practices and tools. Organize workshops, revision classes, and live demonstrations on accounting software. Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a professional learning environment. Collaborate with the academic and training teams to enhance overall course delivery and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Professional certifications such as

ACCA, CPA, CMA (US)

, or

CA (India)

are an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in teaching or accounting practice.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in

SAP

and

Tally ERP

. Strong understanding of

IFRS

and global accounting concepts. Excellent communication and

presentation skills

. Ability to design and structure effective learning materials. Good command over MS Office and online teaching tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
