Able to leverage thought leadership to position services that are supported by products. Strong communication skill to comfortably communicate and operate across both domestic and international regions to ensure attainment of revenue and profit objectives. Develops and maintains business relationships at the customers\' headquarters/executive level.Provides leadership and coordination, directly and/or indirectly, for the locally focused sales teams in multiple countries. Responsible for creating and implementing strategies to grow account revenue, executing contracts; and collaborating with global account manager team to executive global strategies.Formulates account strategies that include detailed account information, decision-makers & influencers, identifies strategic business challenges and priorities, and lead in analyzing historical information and prioritizing opportunities critical to the account revenue growth.Strong leadership skills to communicate and execute account strategy, provide clear and logical forecast. Must act as designated design, technical or scientific expert and leverage/connect Steelcase resources to develops closer client relationships.
