Industry : Media/ :1. Ideate & conceptualize creative advertising ideas that are clear, persuasive, and original.- Work to raise the bar on the quality of creative output for brands / deliver high-quality creative work.2. Brainstorms ideas and concepts with other team members.3. Work in a close creative partnership with the copywriter to generate workable concepts and ideas.4. Ensure creativity is brief and brand-aligned.5. Demonstrate that creative ideas work in a multi-channel environment; actively pursue new media and digital solutions.6. Work on creative brief & show understanding & relevance to the target market. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers7. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps8. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets- Build page navigation buttons and search fields9. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like10. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)11. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders12. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)13. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback14. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and imagesAdditional Responsibilities :1. 3 to 5 yrs of Graphic Design or Illustration Experience2. A design portfolio exhibiting good creative skills & design expertise3. A design degree / Fine Arts degree is preferred4. Experience in working in a digital-first startup/product company5. Passion for storytelling, design, media, and technology6. Ability to create with minimal supervision as well as package and present creative solutions in an inspiring manner7. Ability to see design as a tool for solving communication problems- Creative bent of mind and a keen eye for detail8.
