In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Supervises group of APAC region GL accountants within the established accounting policies of the corporation.
Assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
Support on new systems implementation
Oversee GL responsibilities of EMEA and APAC including:
+ Cash Management
+ Travel & Entertainment
+ Payroll
+ Fixed Assets
+ Leases
+ GL Closure
+ Monthly & Quarterly Reconciliations Strong communicator with ability to train colleagues
Collaborates with Regional and Global GL team and accountants
Recommends changes in methods and procedures to improve the efficiency
Qualifications
Experience - 8 to 10 years of relavent experience
Education and Experience:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification is preferred.
