Processing a large volume of ATM contracts with a team. Ensure that all contracts are accurate, completed in the Software system and compliant with audit standards. Maintain digital files for all contracts and other relevant documentation of the client. Play a lead role in calculating the pro-rata payment made to the merchants/ clients. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and firmly. Assist the team to perform regular desk-based audits/ checks on contracted services and transactional data. Coordinating with the merchants with their queries. Assisting with general administrative function to ensure daily operations. Provide admin support for adhoc requests/ projects within the team.
