About Team & About Role:

This role supports accounting function related to reconciliation, close process, accounting and Audits of Global Entities.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of close activities, ranging from data entry and ledger entry to deliverables review
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, financial analyses, and deliverables
• Understand the relevant accounting principles and application of GAAP
• Accountable for compliance-related deliverables (external statutory audits, internal GRC audits, SOX)
• Rubrik India compliances

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance; CA Fresher/ 1 year experience
• Ideally article experience in a mid-sized firm with exposure of performing MNC Audits
• Exposure to ERP systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Prior accounting education and experience, a strong work ethic based on a strong desire to drive process improvements; strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and self-motivated
• Understanding of accounting concepts, the ability to meet tight deadlines and efficiently interact with various groups across the company
• Ability to quickly interpret and understand local requirements and valid treatments for both local and US GAAP
