Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines

using Jenkins, Azure DevOps,

GitHub Actions, or Harness*to streamline code integration and delivery.

Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

using Terraform, Ansible, and Packer for automated provisioning and environment consistency.

Build cloud-native deployments

across AWS or Azure, leveraging Kubernetes (AKS / EKS / OpenShift) for container orchestration and scalability.

Integrate DevSecOps

best practices by embedding security validation, vulnerability scans, and secret management (HashiCorp Vault) into pipelines. Implement and maintain

observability frameworks

to monitor real-time metrics, performance trends, and deployment health. Drive

Blue-Green and Canary deployment

strategies to ensure zero-downtime application releases. Collaborate with

Enterprise Architecture, Application Development

, and

InfoSec

teams to ensure infrastructure compliance and cloud governance. Lead

root cause analysis (RCA)

and troubleshooting of production incidents, developing proactive automation to prevent recurrence. Apply

Chaos Engineering principles

to identify system vulnerabilities and strengthen fault tolerance. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging DevOps technologies to advance automation maturity and improve delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with

8+ years

of IT experience including significant DevOps exposure; OR

12+ years

of IT experience with at least

4+ years in a dedicated DevOps

capacity. Hands-on experience with

AWS

and/or

Microsoft Azure

environments. Proven expertise in

Terraform, Ansible, and Packer

scripting for automated infrastructure provisioning. Strong command of

Python

for automation and pipeline customization. Proficiency in

container orchestration platforms

(Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS/EKS). Familiarity with

secrets management

and

identity security

using HashiCorp Vault or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.

Experience in Platform Engineering,

GitOps

workflows, and

cloud-native deployments.

Exposure to

observability stacks

(Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK/EFK). Experience integrating pipelines with

ServiceNow

or other ITSM tools. Background in

serverless computing, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
