Your Role

o Define best practices, governance models, and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot.

o Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams.

o Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and limitations of GitHub Copilot and related tools.

o Evaluate and recommend Copilot extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance developer experience.

o Mentor developers on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

Your Profile

----------------

o 12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one of: Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP.

o Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

o Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives.

o Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.

o Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon Code Whisperer).

o Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.
