  • Lead the Recertification Team, act as a shift manager.
  • People Management
  • Provides global support across APAC, UK and US
  • Administering and managing the end to end recertification process within the Recertification toolset.
  • Coordination with various users and support teams in relation to recertification, feeds management.
  • Conduct trainings and Demos ; Mentor new joiners in the team
  • Participate in Testing of new functionalities or enhancements in the toolsets
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reporting Metrics for internal teams and management
  • Participate in both internal and external audit queries pertaining to recertification process and evidences
  • Manage the team that is responsible for daily activities of user recertification including admin and support of manual and automated recertification process
What will you be doing?
  • Prepare calendar for the year covering all the Applications/Assets in scope of Recertification and proper allocation of resources to handle the campaigns.
  • Act as the Relationship Manager for assets assigned to him/her anda, to his/her teama, and work with recertification/application owners to ensure their applications meet the recertification deadlines.
  • Hand holds the team on any issues on toolset, process and handles escalations.
  • Data Analysis to ensure feeds from various sources to the recertification toolset is intact and up-to-date. Ability to identify any gaps, inaccurate or outdated feed information.
  • Manage the team on day to day task assignments, completions, performance issues.
  • Analyse the recertification data and monitor the progress to ensure recertification completion within the project timelines and assist to publish these data as part of recertification performance metrics
  • Ensuring processes comply with audit requirements; maintain sufficient documentation and evidences for audit and security standard requirements
  • Ability to respond to recertification related queries within the agreed SL and follow up on service requests in a timely manner
  • Initiate escalation to management for resolution on any technical or non-technical issues.
  • Communicate with IT and business users in relation to any recertification, escalations or general queries and updates.
  • Develop and deliver reports to business users and management as required.
  • Ensure his/her team handles the team mailbox efficiently by handling queries and responding in a timely manner
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments within the stipulated deadline given
  • Participate to review and test new tool or system development
  • Working closely with IAM BA and Development team to build any new features or enhancements in the toolset
  • Handle audit relevant tasks and queries; co-ordinate with management and involved parties to address any regulatory requirements, action items.
What weaAEURA(TM)re looking for:
  • IT related degree with majors in Computer, Engineering or related discipline from a reputed/top tier institute.
  • Good Understanding of IT Framework and concepts.
  • Knowledge in T-SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server: SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Management Studio
  • Experience of ITIL concepts and best practice.
Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Experience in Team Management
  • Previous experience in a security administration, recertification or Identity Management(IDM) Domain.
  • Good understanding of Information Security standards, regulatory and compliances standards.
Experience Required:
  • This role would suit individuals with minimum 10-15 years in IT /IDM /Security
  • Process, Information Security or Identity and Access Management.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication
  • Excellent Skills in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Access
  • Experience supporting users across varying time zones and countries.
  • Ability to work as a team player and a self-starter who will be able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a tight time critical environment.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Good problem solving skills, detail orientated to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
