GIS Expert & Land Survey / Civil Engineer

We're looking for a passionate

GIS professional or Civil Engineer

to join our team!
If you have a strong foundation in

Land Administration, Geography, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering

, and love working with maps, data, and design -- this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Oversee

GIS-based land and field surveys

, including DGPS rover work and digitization of maps & records. Develop and manage

multi-layered land use and zoning maps

. Provide

technical GIS & CAD support

and ensure data accuracy. Train teams on advanced GIS tools and workflows. Collaborate with vendors, clients, and government agencies on projects. Work on

2D/3D layouts, planning, and site supervision

as needed.

What We're Looking For

Degree:

Bachelor's or Master's in Land Administration, Geography, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

5+ years (3-7 years acceptable) in GIS, surveying, or land mapping.

Tools:

ArcMap, QGIS, AutoCAD, GeoServer, Leaflet/OpenLayers, Python, SketchUp

Bonus:

GIS certification (e.g., GISP) and experience with cadastral or parcel data.
