Achyuta Public School is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate

Girls Hostel Warden

to oversee the overall functioning of the girls' hostel. The Warden will play a key role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the students and ensure their well-being and discipline in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all girl students residing in the hostel. Supervise daily routines, attendance, hygiene, and discipline of hostel residents. Act as a guardian and mentor to the girls, addressing their emotional and personal needs with empathy. Handle emergencies and medical situations in coordination with school authorities and parents. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep. Ensure timely meals, study hours, rest hours, and recreational activities are conducted smoothly. Maintain proper records of students, complaints, and maintenance needs. Conduct regular meetings with students to understand their issues and needs. Monitor visitors and implement hostel rules and regulations effectively. Work closely with the school management and parents to provide updates on students' hostel life.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Degree in Psychology / Social Work preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in hostel management or similar role (preferably in a school environment). Female candidates only; must be willing to reside full-time in the hostel. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Ability to manage adolescent girls with firmness and care. High level of integrity, patience, and organizational skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
