Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle adolescents with patience and empathy.
Responsible, caring, and disciplined personality.
Should be available on campus 24x7 (residential position).
Oversee the daily operations of the girls' hostel, ensuring order, cleanliness, and discipline.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and room allocation registers.
Ensure the safety and security of all hostel residents at all times.
Monitor and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
