A Girls Hostel Warden ensures the safety, welfare, discipline, and overall smooth operation of the hostel, managing daily routines, student conduct, security, health, and communication with parents, while also organizing activities and maintaining facilities, often requiring residency on-site and strong interpersonal skills for student support
