Flaviant Network (P) Ltd. is hiring for its Residential Academy at Delhi - Alwar Highway. We are looking for a dynamic lady to join our team as Hostel Administrator to take care and provide guidance to the students. The specific roles and responsibilities are:

Foster a safe and nurturing environment to the students in library and hostel

Ensure the well being and discipline of girls in the hostel

Ensure maintenance of relevant data on registers and excel sheets.

Handle day to day grievances of the students and resolving them to satisfaction

Co-ordinating with the logistical team, admin team for day to day queries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We need a female staff with in the age range of 40 to 60 years who have prior experience in teaching or any school administration.

The candidate will be staying at the campus, to take care of the responsibilities.

Any Graduation

Ability to handle students patiently

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to reside at campus

Proficiency in English
