Residential Academy located on the Delhi-Alwar Highway

We are looking for a

dynamic and responsible lady

to join our team as a

Hostel Administrator

, who will provide care, support, and supervision to the students.

Roles & Responsibilities

Foster a

safe, secure, and nurturing hostel and library environment

for students. Ensure

well-being, discipline, and emotional support

, especially for girl students. Maintain

student records and hostel-related data

(registers, files, and Excel sheets). Address

day-to-day student concerns and grievances

and resolve them promptly. Coordinate with the

logistics, administration, and facilities team

for hostel operations. Monitor

cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards

across the campus.

Qualifications & Requirements

Female candidates

between 40 to 60 years of age

. Prior experience in

school administration / hostel administration / teaching

or nursing

(preferred). Must be

willing to reside on the campus

to manage responsibilities.

Any graduation

(minimum qualification). Ability to

handle students patiently and empathetically

. Strong

communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English

required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?172,834.27 - ?400,000.00 per year
