About the Role

We are seeking a

Ginesys ERP Specialist

who will also serve as the Head of IT Department. This individual will lead the deployment, customization, and ongoing management of Ginesys ERP while taking full ownership of the IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across our garment manufacturing and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end deployment of Ginesys ERP modules

(manufacturing, inventory, POS, finance, retail).
- Configure Ginesys ERP to suit garment workflows (cutting, stitching, piece-rate workers, subcontracting, job work).
- Oversee integrations with e-commerce, POS, and logistics systems; manage master and historical data migration.
- Head the IT Department, managing networks, infrastructure, data security, and overall technology roadmap.
- Train users, prepare SOPs, resolve ERP/IT issues, and ensure smooth adoption. - Ensure GST and regulatory compliance, conduct IT audits, and maintain cybersecurity standards.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports across ERP and IT systems for management decision-making.

Required Skills

Proven expertise in Ginesys ERP implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and retail operations.

- Leadership experience in managing an IT team or department.
- Database (SQL/Oracle), networking, and system administration knowledge.
- Familiarity with GST, Indian tax, and compliance. Preferred Background
- Strong background in Garment Manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- 5+ years of ERP/IT leadership experience in manufacturing-focused companies.
- Experience with POS, franchise, or omnichannel ERP projects.
- Strong vendor and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
