Angroos, a leading gifting and lifestyle brand in Kochi, is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Gift Hamper Designer. This role involves designing customized gift hampers, handling customer enquiries, and contributing to social media engagement and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create customized gift hampers for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other occasions
Interact with walk-in and online customers to understand their requirements
Respond to social media enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp and convert them into sales
Coordinate with the packing and production team to ensure timely delivery
Assist in product display, styling, and content preparation for photography and video shoots
Keep track of packaging materials, inventory, and seasonal items
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and festive launches
Participate in exhibitions and represent the Angroos brand
Skills and Requirements:
Creativity with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and color coordination
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
Customer-friendly approach, polite and solution-oriented
Basic knowledge of using Instagram and handling direct messages
Time management and ability to work under deadlines
Interest in gifting trends, Kerala-themed products, and handcrafted items
Previous experience in gift designing, craft making, or styling is an advantage
